Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept Analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries submitted through this website
- To send the newsletter to people who have subscribed to it
- To maintain the security, performance, and proper functioning of this website
- To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements
5. Our legal basis for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — for the enquiry form and newsletter, where you actively provide your details and agree to this policy.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to business enquiries and to keep this website secure, where this does not override your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us run this website or send email on our behalf, such as our web hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc., USA) and, if you allow analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), under confidentiality and data processing obligations
- Professional advisers, regulators, or authorities where required by law
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same protections described here
7. International transfers
Achivix is based in India and serves clients worldwide, so information you submit may be processed in India or by service providers located in other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with data transfer restrictions, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required. Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and newsletter information for as long as necessary to respond to you, maintain our business records, and meet legal or accounting requirements, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.

11. Cookies and local storage
This website stores a small, non-identifying preference in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choices. If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> (kept for up to 2 years). We rely on your consent for these cookies (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules), and you can withdraw it at any time on our Cookie Settings page; doing so stops analytics and deletes those cookies from this site. We do not use advertising cookies.
You can review and change your choices at any time on our Cookie Settings page. California residents and residents of other U.S. states with similar laws can opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

13. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a personal data breach affects your information, we will tell you and notify the Data Protection Board of India and any other regulator, as the law requires.
